For scheduled sessions, consultations, or coaching services: Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Refunds are not available for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Impax LLC reserves the right to request proof of purchase and any additional information necessary to process the refund request.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Non-delivery of service: If the customer paid for a service that Impax LLC did not provide.

Material error or failure by Impax LLC: If an error attributable solely to Impax LLC results in the customer not receiving the service agreed upon.

Technical issues: If due to technical or system errors attributed directly to Impax LLC, a purchased service becomes inaccessible and cannot be restored within a reasonable timeframe.
Refunds will not be issued if:

The service has already been substantially delivered.

The customer failed to attend a scheduled session (no-show).

The customer canceled less than 24 hours before a scheduled session.

5. Nature of Refunds

Refunds, when approved, will be issued as full or partial refunds, depending on the degree of completion of the service and the circumstances of the request.

Partial refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Impax LLC where a portion of the service has already been provided.

6. Processing Time
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process once approved. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s payment provider, financial institution, or other external factors.
7. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are expressly non-refundable:
