We at Impax LLC, a sole proprietorship operating within the Commonwealth of Virginia, are committed to ensuring that our website, Impax LLC (impaxllc.org), is accessible to individuals with disabilities in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Virginians with Disabilities Act (Va. Because we do not own office space, we cannot guarantee accessibility; however, we do our best to ensure:
- Accessible parking spaces with a step-free route from parking to the building
- A primary entrance that is wheelchair-accessible and equipped with automatic doors, ramps, and level thresholds
- Meeting areas accessible via ramps, elevators, level flooring with adequate maneuvering space
- Consultation spaces offering accessible seating and clear floor space for mobility devices
- ADA-compliant and accessible restrooms
