Confidentiality During Service Provision
The service provider is a trained neutral third-party who helps you speak up about what is important, listen for what is important to the other party/parties, work together, and explore options to resolve disputes. As a neutral third-party, the service provider cannot give legal advice, take sides, determine who is or is not telling the truth, or determine the outcome of the case.
